Studio 3 - Saint George Accommodation

Good selection of teas. Kitchen appliances were available, though we did not use them as we ate out. Comfortable bed, duvet and pillows. Great shower once the temperature was set.

Stairs were difficult to negotiate with a suitcase as was alleyway. Shower door bottom slider catch had shifted, causing water to spray on the floor. There were conversational and music noises that were easily pick up through the night as well as an odd clicking noise that I thought was related to the door lock.

Very central and easy to transport to cbd. Lots of food options around. The room is small but pretty much has everything you needed 👍

The space

There was no kitchenette like it was advertised I left after 3 hours and didn’t end up staying.

I was unable to even enter the property after using the code, Could't find reception to even check in, no signs, no directions, no people, nothing. Waste of time and money and guess what, no refunds

In using codes, the accommodation avoids any frustrations with keys and picking them up. There was a key to the private parking, which was very practical and close.

The accommodation was well kept, the only downside is finding it! I searched the streets a few times to try and find the door, but once I was in I was happy with the room, and at a great price.

The room was clean, compact and had lovely openable french windows/doors which allowed a nice breeze to flow through. It was quiet when the french windows were shut, and very accessible to public transport, restaurants and bars/clubs, with the amazing Prahran Market less than 5 minutes walk away. I requested car-parking, and was provided with secure parking with a lockable gate, security cameras & floodlight about 5 minutes walk away.

Chapel Street seems to have become the street of choice for rev-heads with loud vehicles revving and hoons shouting late at night. However, the street was well patrolled by police vehicles and the room was adequately soundproof for the noise not to bother us unless we had the french doors/windows open.

It had everything you need and more I was pleasantly surprised by all the extra stuff inside the small apartment. Amazing location and so easy getting in with codes I loved everything!

Lovely comfortable bed, super clean . I particularly loved that the bed actually had a poper doona cover on it, so much nicer than making the doona with sheets. I would definitely stay again, loved that it was so close to the Prahran market and a short tram ride to The Alfred hospital.

Would have been nice to have had a dishcloth so that I could wipe the benchtops. Trivial comment, though, really.
