The location and cleanliness are great.

The stairs can be hard to navigate with heavy suitcases and the lock of the internal coded door (not the room itself) was often in the "locked open" position. We stayed for 4 nights which is longer than we have previously stayed and it would have been appropriate to receive fresh towels and consumable after the second night.

"Lovely cosy little place to stay!"

The bed was so comfy! Had a great sleep here, there were also plenty of shampoo/soap etc available to use which was great. Lovely shower too!

The room was quite cold until we managed to figure out the air con/heating.

Location, price & room was comfortable & had all you need for a short stay

Multiple toiletry products left behind from previous occupants, lights had & vents obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while (lots of visible dust), freezer section in fridge does not work & address difficult to locate
