Great locat

Linen has somy stains. The floor of the room makes creaking noise when you step on it.

Shower hose is old and bended.

wif is slow no parking, when is said there was had to pay for parking in the street so car not safe overnight, and hidden costs like a cleaning fee

Great location.

Aircon was the main issue; it was portable and not cold enough. The hot water in bathroom is scalding hot, especially in the sink. Be careful when opening the tap as the sink is shallow and pressure is too fast so you could easily burn yourself. Creaky floors.

Noisy night club next door

location was great. bed was comfortable.

the floor was creaky and I could hear the people upstairs walking. I could hear the other guests flushing the toilets and the water in the pipes

location and the overall layout and decor , it felt like a mini holiday which was what I was after . I took my bike so cycling along the foreshore and into town was very doable. Great location .

It would be not a great romantic getaway if you were sharing and possibly a bit pricey to rent the whole facility .

The value for money. Facilities are great. The general comfort of the place is good too.

A few hairs in the bed and one on the bathroom bench presumably from the cleaner. The bathroom also had a bad smell like a chicken shop but not in a good way. The noise level on Saturday night could be a concern to some people. Didn't bother me though.
