This property is a gem, from its location on Flinders Street with a tram stop and an excellent IGA supermarket nearby, to its direct access to AC/DC lane at the rear which gives you quick access to all the restaurants along Flinders Lane at the rear. The small bonus room is suitable for a single person or child, or as a couple it’s perfect for setting up your suitcases rather than clutter up the bedroom. Rob the host provides outstanding service, it’s all the little things like extra sugar, complementary tea, coffee and Tim Tams waiting for you when you arrive. The power cubes each side of the bed are perfect for keeping all your electronics devices topped up and ready to go. 10/10

Well located , good size, quite . Natural light was limited but overall excellent. Great couples apartment.

Bathroom a little unclean - mould on the ceiling.

For what we wanted, access to the centre of Melbourne and easy travel about the city this was perfect. We needed a couple of small changes in timing and those were both accommodated perfectly, was clean tidy more than big enough for two people and secure.

Early check in was made possible.

Maybe more than 2 clean towels for 2 of us for 3 nights.

Well appointed apartment with everything you could need for a short stay in Melbourne. Super clean, comfortable and quiet, whilst right on Flinders St and AC/DC lane. Everything was at our fingertips. Rob was so accomodating. It is a fabulous alternative to a hotel.
