The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location, right across from the Flinders St Station, on the edge of the city center, and surrounded by a lively restaurant scene. The back entrance opened onto AC/DC lane!

There’s little natural light as the window/doors open onto a kind of dark interior courtyard.

Adobe 313 was located close to restaurants, shopping, cultural centers and public transportation and is located in a secure building. The apartment layout was comfortable, quiet and very functional. The kitchen was well supplied for all needs. Rob was super helpful in providing information and responding to questions.

I loved Everything about the Room. Rob went above and beyond with his service. I'd definitely stay again.

Great property - great host!

Very comfortable apartment. Great bed and shower. Well appointed kitchen and laundry facilities. Well located with easy walk to everything in the city, or to the MCG. Host offered both early check in and late check out. Keys easy to find and the Tim Tams and plentiful supply of coffee pods was lovely.

Was a little dark with the nice little balcony onto an internal “courtyard” - but that really didn’t bother me.

The bed was really hard and gave me a sore back by the end

Great location to tram lines, restaurants and landmarks to visit. Apartment was comfortable and relaxing with great amenities and space to feel like your own.
