I had a great stay in the appartment. The place is very well equiped, nicely decorated and in a really good location. Rob is very kind and communication with him was flawless. I would stay here again if in Melbourne again and can only recommend it to others!

Excellent location, step right outside and find yourself surrounded by graffiti laneways, cafes, bars and restaurants! also great comfy interiors and Nespresso machine.

Need to invest in several high quality towels, 3ply toilet paper and quality pillows

The Apartment was superb. Great location and Rob was very helpful with late check in and luggage storage due to flight. changes. Recommend this for anyone wanting a quiet, yet handy location in Melbourne CBD.

The location was central to shops, Botanical Gardens & Major sporting facilities. Rob our host, gave us clear instructions on how to get into the property. He also gave us information about a nearby supermarket, and free travel on CBD trams. Our son who lives in Melbourne was able to park in the carpark on the property, thanks to Rob who was kind enough to offer a car parking space. Although the property was located on Flinders St. once inside the apartment, it was very peaceful and quiet. The apartment was very well equipped with toiletries in the bathroom and cleaning products in the kitchen

Rob was a fantastic host - great communication and ease of accessing the building. Great location for my conference venue as well as so close to some great restaurants. A great sized apartment, would be perfect for a couple's trip away!
