Amazing location - right across from train station and trams, including the free city circle tram (literally outside the front door). Great cafes and eateries all within a 2 min walk. Two metro supermarkets just around the corner. Easy access to most of CBD attractions. Apartment isn’t luxury, but is very tidy and has everything you need. Surprisingly quiet, given the location.

Bathroom is quite small, might be tricky for people with limited mobility.

"A wonderful hidden gem in the heart of Melbourne city!"

Sue was professional and friendly meeting us after hours to hand over the keys and give a famil of the building. The extra food items supplied (cereal/condiments) on top of tea and coffee was a really nice touch. The fold out bed was extremely comfortable. Central location was ideal.

Nothing. Only minor thing to note is that the shower/bath tub might be a little tricky to get in and out of if you're not fully mobile.
