Flinders Street 238, CLEMENTS HOUSE at Federation Square, Melbourne, Australia

The location and well-organized access to the apartment arranged by the owner, Sue, was amazing. Everything was within easy walking distance.

The bed sheets were dark-colored, but I prefer white sheets as any spots are easily visible. The frying pan could be replaced with a new one. The sofa bed mattress was too soft, and you could easily feel the metal bars but acceptable for kids. The kitchen hood was dirty and dusty, and there was no mobile signal in the apartment.

This place is center of Melbourne. 1 minutes to Melbourne center railway station. Safety place to stay here with family. 2 minutes to BWS the place you can buy anything with cheap price. 1 minute to Melbourne Cathedral. I love stay here.

No washing machine inside apartment but you can washing in G floor with small money.

The accommodation had all that was needed.It was self -contained with all the amenities. The apartment was positioned perfectly for shopping needs and accessibility to public transportation. Security was great and was not an issue. Well layered and simply set out access and entry to this apartment, another bonus. Our host Sue was very well organized and explained everything in clear and simple terms, A very nice person to deal with.

Location is excellent Quiet room Comfy beds Small bathtub for kids. Indian restaurant downstairs was wonderful. And the donut shop. Free tram at front door.

I think there was an error in the ad in terms of size of room saying its 4xx m2 or something like that. It's a good enough size for a family. Smaller than a hotel 1 bed room equivalent would have been. There maybe 2 different rooms and we got a smaller one. Not sure. Was fine for us for 2 nights. Also washing machine is in basement and costs $5. Ad read like it was in apartment. But all good we didn't need it.

The location was amazing, trams right at your doorstep. The security to get into your room was great, we felt very safe. It was great to be able to cook and the apartment although small was everything we needed for a few days. The communication before, during and after our stay was fantastic, thankyou Sue! We will definetly stay again.

Appreciated Sue greeting us on arrival and checking we had everything we needed. Sue even had breakfast cereal sorted! Location fantastic and surprisingly quiet.
