Luxury Aparthotel STUDENETS

The host was incredibly helpful and the location couldn't have been better, very close to the ski lift. It was a very comfortable place which had everything we needed for a great ski break week.

The room was really hot and nice.Welcome drinks available during the whole day. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and spices and several coffee capsules.There is a ski wardrobe and ski rental at the entrance.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Cheap synthetic sheets and pillows. There was leaking from the shower tray and the bathroom floor was constantly wet. There was a mold on the sailing. The hotel has no parking, just a couple of parking slots unavailable for guests. The side walk in front of the hotel was occupied by cars and the street was icy and hard for walking especially in ski boots.

The owners are very rude, impolite and doesn’t care about the quests moreover they try to fool them. Thieves and charlatans, the owners had tried to cheat me and spend a night to the police to recover the plate number who was stole by them. I spend there 5 nights with my daughters and I have found no one to change the towels, to clean the room, to answer the phone, I have to buy soap, shower gel, etc.

The location was superb. We have been visiting Pamporovo since 2011 and Luxury Aparthotel STUDENETS was the best we have ever stayed. Our host Borislava Milkoteva was very accommodating; we were welcomed with delicious hot wine, tea, and gingerbread cookies on our first day and every day. Our apartment was warm and nicely decorated, couches were very comfortable.
