Everything was close to the appartments, specially all the lifts and ski tracks... literally ski to door

Non personal approach... there is no one who will greet you, or talk to. I dot like this modern approach where you dont see a face of your landlord... i miss "human touch"

Heater making noise and it is loud at night when everywhere silent.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Cleaning was very good. The items were sufficient. Heating was nice. We were afraid because of other comments, but the temperature was very good and we felt very comfortable with 3 children.

The only downside is that the internet does not work in the facility, as stated in other comments. If the internet is fixed, it could be the best hotel in the region. Everything in our room was working, only the toaster wasn't working. We reported this, hopefully it will be fixed.

The location is perfect, the furniture is new and clean. There is also a washing machine which is a lifesaver for quests with kids.

It was a bit less clean than the previous year. Also, they used to serve hot wine at the entrance of the building but no more 😢

It leaves a luxury impression but it actually isn’t There was a lot of hot water and tap water was drinkable the only two things I liked

The central heating was remotely controlled and it was working 30 minutes and 30minutes pause so overall it was a bit cold. Also on site we were told that there is no parking.

The property’s location is very good and allows see access to ski tracks in the winter and trails in the summer. The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and had enough space for the sofa bed in the living room to be used as a second bedroom as well.

In the booklet in the room it was mentioned that if you want you rubbish thrown to notify the property and leave it in front of your apartment. That we found is not very convenient and the fact no housekeeping came in for a 6 night stay was also disappointing. There is a coffee machine in the living room however only two capsules were left. Again the booklet there was a note that if you want more of them you have to again contact the property which is not convenient as well. The fittings in the bathroom were really badly done and some were falling off just when you put a towel on them. The shower cabin was leaking and and the shower itself was very poorly fitted.

Top location, nicely furnished place, spacious, has everything you will need. Also, the view is great.

Wifi sucks - disappears all the time, and when it is there, it is super slow.

We booked an apartment for 6 people. The apartment had 4 beds. And when we complained about it, they canceled our reservation and noted that we did not arrive at the hotel. We had to lose and leave the place the day before. Caution!!! cheaters don't get close
