The location was nice, right next to the slopes. Let us in the apartment 2 hours before the check in time even though we didn’t call ahead.

Half the bathroom was broken - shower detached from the wall, toilet was broken and flushing 100% of the time. You have to keep water on for a few minutes for the hot water to start (soooo much wasted water). Apartment was kept at 30C degrees which made it really uncomfortable to sleep. You can’t open the balconies because the hot water will stop, so no way of letting fresh air in.

Close proximity to the lifts/ski slopes

The apartment was not ready for us until 15:00, even if we had stated our expected arrival time to be between 14:00-15:00 so we had to wait for about 45min to get in. There was a leak in the bathroom resulting in a pool of water on the bathroom floor every time we used the shower. The mop was not clean and the bucket had dirty water inside. We had to pay for car parking, we were expecting free parking for the guests.

Nothing at all! Only location is good

Apartment was dirty and cold when we came! We needed to call and they send us someone to fix heating! After 7 days no one shows to clean apartment and change towels! We did not have wifi for 7 days even we caled 3 times to fix! We did not see anyone of host! Bed was terrible and lights was like in basement! Shower is leaking all time and we tried to clean it but mop was dirty and it stinks a lot!

Location which is right on the piste. If the owners invested more in refurbishing the apartments and cared about customer communication and satisfaction this place could be amazing.

Unfortunately the reality does not correspond to the pictures in booking.com so be prepared. Furniture was run down, place was not cleaned for our stay and the bathroom becomes a mini-pool each time you take a shower as the shower cabin leaks. To top this up communication with the owners is very difficult as they rarely responded to us and with a significant delay.

It is close to the ski slopes.

It was not clean. The sofa, bath tube, and toilet were broken. The most critical was that the heating also didn't work almost the whole time, and when the heating doesn't work there is no hot water, which was very inconvenient as we were with two small children. We called maintenance but they came next day noon time, fixed the heating but it got broken again and they never showed up. We travelled with friends with their room next to ours with the same conditions!!!

Spacious rooms, big balconies, good location

The place did not meet the quality of the service we expected for the price we paid. The kitchen equipment was cheap and not working properly eg. the toaster , or even missing like microwave, bottle opener etc. The basic toiletries as shampoo, conditioner etc were missing.Broken toilet seat cover. Foot towel in the bathroom also missing. Bad WiFi. Bad attitude towards the guest from the hosts, etc.

The appartment has a nice view, it is close to slopes, there are parking places next to the property, but not for free.😉 It is cosy with a nice design, well equiped. We had a nice ski holliday.

1. The bed linen are not in cotton, they are made by cheap poliester, if I would knew I wold took my own bed linen. 2. The pan was rusty, unusable, others kitchen items were cheap. 3. The shower was running and the floor was filled with water every time we took shower. The mop in the bathroom was dirty and ineficient, I was obliged to use a towel. 4. I asked the owner 3 times for parking conditions, she never responded, than the administrator asked to pay fist 20 leva/day, and just after I said that I asked a neighbor he accepted to pay 15 leva/day for 5 days. Sincerity, tranparency and details are important, try to fix these.

The convenience of being right next to the slopes and the fact that we had a working kitchen. It is also a good value compared to other places nearby.

The check in was a little rough because when we arrived the owner wasn't originally answering her phone. We were able to go right to the room and the key was in the door. Unfortunately many things were broken or not functioning properly while staying there this time including the door (missing a handle) and the bathroom shower and toilet leaked a lot. The communication also wasn't great when we asked for repairs.
