B02 - Sandy Beach Apartment

Localização maravilhosa, piscina muito boa e com estacionamento (na parte de fora do condomínio).

Apartamento mal cuidado: paredes e chão sujos, a necessitar de uma boa limpeza a fundo; as almofadas não eram muito confortáveis; não havia sabonete para as mãos nem detergente para a loiça; loiças e utensílios de cozinha insuficientes; o secador de cabelo não funcionava. O contacto com os anfitriões foi complicado e só conseguimos entrar no condomínio graças a um empregado do mesmo. Tem muito potencial mas infelizmente ficou muito aquém do esperado.

J'ai apprécié l'espace, surtout la tranquillité qu'il dégage. C'était très propre et il y avait tout ce dont j'avais besoin. L'expérience a été positive et je le recommande à tous ceux qui apprécient le calme et la tranquillité.

The location was fantastic, 5 minutes away from the beach. It was a small and laid back apartment building, with a small pool that was usually free.

First and foremost, there were clear and relevant safety issues - a ground floor door not locked, directly accessible from a unguarded and unmonitored courtyard, because, from host feedback - "someone might get locked outside" (???). The apartment was not properly cleaned when we arrived - there was even a chewing gum on top of the dining table! It was not properly maintained, nor in a state similar to the photos on the site - the microwave was unusable because it was dirty/rusted, there was only a cheap lock on the bathroom door because a proper lock was not replaced, the table outside was totally sunburnt with paint off in several places, the floor had burn marks, and multiple other issues denoting unprofessional property management.
