Kommunikation mit Vermietung (in Person Rita) war hervorragend. WLAN geht nicht: 10min später war sie da und hat es gefixt. Klimaanlage geht nicht: 20 min später mit Monteuren da gewesen. Das war SUPER. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war für 1 Person ok, aber für 2 wäre es schon spannend geworden mit dem Geschirrequipment.

The apartment was in good condition and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Rita was very helpful during our arrival, especially since there were no clear signs indicating the location of Apartamentos Paraíso Sol da Rocha.

We paid 60% of the amount in cash on arrival and were promised an invoice, which we still haven’t received. This feels unusual and raises concerns about compliance, and I’m surprised that Booking allows such practices. Additionally, we reported on the first day that the TV box remote control was not working, but it was never fixed during our stay. On top of that, the fire alarm went off three times, and no one confirmed whether it was a real or false alarm. The alarm stayed on for hours, which was very unsettling.
