1 Bedroom Apartment with Luxurious Design in SD

Clean secured premise and centrally located, with easy access to downtown n balboa park. Bed is comfortable and utensils in the kitchen are fully equipped. Staffs are attentive and polite, attended to all our queries and needs. Free street parking

The noise from the airplanes . Only one bath towel provided based on the number of apartment room booked. However extra towels can be provided upon request. 2 guests sharing 1 bath towel is a bit ridiculous. The toilet flush is loose and in need to be replaced/ repaired. Quite a lot of homeless in the neighborhood

The room was very clean, comfortable and a lot of space! The property is very safe , even though there is some homeless in that area. Everything requires a code.

It's very noisy , you can hear the airplanes landing, which is kind of annoying.

Great location, great owners. Really nice bed and and nice room.

The main security gate on the outside of the building barely worked or took a code. Not something you want to be dealing with in a sketchy neighborhood

- very thin walls, you can hear people speak from other units - only 1 towel was provided. I shower at night and don’t have a dry towel to shower in the morning - broken dish soap dispenser - floor wasn’t that clean - after shower floor matt wasn’t clean - there weren’t any basic cooking materials aside from spices (would be useful to have salt,pepper,oil, butter, condiments especially considering the price of this property) - quite pricey for what you get PS: this property is also listed on Airbnb
