1 Bedroom Apartment with Luxurious Design in SD

the wifi did not work well and there was blood on the wall out side the bathroom door

It was clean and well located

other residents in my tower were very loud even after hours.

Host are very nice and do what they can to make your stay tip top.

Great location, very clean and reasonably priced for San Diego. Perfect for a short stay with free parking available on the road if you get there early enough. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

The apartment is located across the street from Balboa Park, a short drive the harbor/Embarcadero/Gaslamp areas. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and the apartment was scrupulously clean. There is one bedroom with a king bed plus a pull-out couch in the living area and a small outdoor sitting area above street level. There is also a kitchenette which has basic dishware/flatware/spices with a full size oven/range and fridge. If we had stayed longer we would have saved $$ by doing some of our own cooking. Overall very comfortable and well-appointed place.

This wasn’t a problem for us but be aware that the property is in the airport flight path. We were out during the days; the airport minimizes the noise at night and the bedroom is located toward the building interior. We didn’t notice the noise at all. The building is very secure, requiring 3 keypad codes for entry; hosts sent detailed instructions and we’re on site to assist.

The space was very nice. It was clean and had very nice amenities.

The location is directly across the street from a homeless encampment and directly under the flight path of the San Diego airport. There were planes flying overhead every 10 minutes. Also, the apartment is on the bottom floor and the people above us were up until 3am. We could hear everything. Ear plugs did not help.

really only that it was on the flight path for the airport but it didn’t really disturb us after day 1

The apartment had everything, from toiletries to kitchen appliances. The bedroom area had a television which my boyfriend and I enjoyed. Location was great too, just a few minutes away from all the attractions in the city. The ambiance was great, we would definitely rent an apartment unit here the next time we visit San Diego.

Low water pressure in shower, homeless across the street, loud neighbors, and somewhat confusing to check in and enter apartment.
