Please note that reception opening hours are from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 19:00. Check-in is available after 17:00 and check-out is possible until 11:00 for cleaning services. For late check in, please contact the property at least 24 hours in advance, using the details on the booking confirmation or in the Special Requests box during the booking process, late check in has a cost of €20 from 7 pm to 9 pm, and €30 from 9 pm to midnight. Upon check-in, guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests who would like an invoice with a tax identification number must request it prior to arrival using the Special Requests box. A security deposit is required upon arrival. For T0-200€, T1-300€, T2-400€, T3-500€. This will be charged by credit card or cash. The refund must be made up to 7 days after check-out if there are no damages or occurrences in the apartment. For all stays longer than one week, towels are changed once a week. Sheets will be changed once every 10 days, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The property offers a baby cot from June to September at an extra cost of EUR 5. The baby cot is free of charge the rest of the year.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Never ever again…."

Location

Staff was absolutely terrible! We are 4 families and in past few years returning customers. The accommodation is not great but we don’t really spend much time inside. Furniture very dated, sometimes broken, not exactly clean, broken shower with water coming out boiling, freezing, boiling, freezing ( quite dangerous). Anyway we can deal with that as we like the location however the way we got treated this year was absolutely disgusting. Last year they already tried some kind of trick with keys but this year they topped it up! 2 days after check out we received a picture with a tv on it and the top corner (plastic bit) was chipped off. It escalated into tv not working, they need to buy a new one and we are not going to get our €400 deposit back. The picture didn’t prove the date, location, they couldn’t prove that it was us! However we got told that we need to prove that it wasn’t us! We never touched the tv, never even switched it on , remote control was broken with rusty batteries anyway. Big argument with the office so we had to involve booking.com. After that we got our deposit back! I can not believe that they would do something like that to their loyal customers!!!! As we don’t know what to expect from them in future unfortunately we are never coming back again….

"We are not coming back"

Unfortunately we will not be returning to the property again although we were returning customers for the last 4 years. The behaviour of the agency which runs the properties is unacceptable. Each year they come up with something and try to blame their loyal customers for something they didn’t do. This year they didn’t want to return the deposit to my sister and tried to say that she broke the tv although she never even switched it on. Flats are run down, broken furniture, problems with water supply etc. they give you 2 hours window when you can check in for free but if you come at 5pm, property is not ready for another 1.5 hours. That’s not a nice way to start your holiday.waiting in front of their office.we like the location but that’s about it.
