Great location and featured everything you would need for a long stay

The bed in the first room needs a new mattress. The lobby area is a little dodgy and the noise from the youth group downstairs was annoying at times

Location, location, location! Great vibe and atmosphere Had everything we needed for a super comfortable stay.

The location was great. The apartment was cute and felt more like a house than an apartment.

There was major construction going on next door. We were warned of this when we booked so expected it. Construction noise wasn't really that bad until a concrete truck parked outside for hours on one evening. Apartment was really clean and lovely but the smell outside the lift on level one was unbearable. Smelt like cooked onions and something rotting. Owners should investigate what this smell is. We tried to ovoid the smell by not using the lift and using the fire stairs but could still smell it and had to hold breath. If stairwell / access was painted and freshened up it would have been perfect. All in all we would probably stay again as it was really nice and a fantastic location.

The apartment is stylish and comfortable and location unbeatable. The lounge and kitchen set up is great for interaction. Rooms are cosy if need some alone time. The host is proactive, friendly, helpful and superfast in responses.

The entry to the apartment is a little of a maze. We were fine with it. Perhaps elderly/very young children and travelling with many bags/strollers will be a bit of workout but manageable. A few short stairs to tackle.

The place is fantastic. There are building works next door and we were informed before arrival. Unfortunately the lift was broken and we found out last minute from the owners but again they told us about it and offered a partial refund. They did their very best for us.

Having to meet someone to collect keys isn't always the easiest way to check in. The owners rectified problems with us and we were grateful for that.

This property is smack-bang in the heart of Melbourne, walking distance to everything you could possibly need and in the middle of a handful of tram stops if you need to go further afield. The styling is fabulous, it's a pleasure to relax in the well-designed interiors. A very spacious apartment with plenty of room for our small group. Well-equipped kitchen, although with so many restaurants, cafes and bars in the vicinity, you won't need to use the excellent facilities, but they're there if required. Communication from our hosts was excellent, so helpful and detailed in sharing information. Heartily recommended!

Location was fantastic, so close to restaurants, shops and public transport. Very comfortable and spacious apartment.
