Location is perfect and easy to buy and eat downstair.

The apartment was in a good location and close to public transport. The apartment was well appointed although we chose to eat out. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The views were amazing.

The checkin and key collection was overwhelming. Detailed information was provided but all the instructions ran into each other. I printed out the directions (3pages) and broke it down to chunks. Once I highlighted the important bits my mind was calmer. Dot points would have helped. The apartment could do with a deep clean, although it smelt lovely on entry and surfaces appeared clean the carpets weren’t clean and the tiled floors could do with a mop. Air conditioning wasn’t efficient, it was hard to keep the apartment warm and would periodically cut out.

The location was excellent for accessing Melbourne's sights, and Southern Cross station (for trains and airport bus). The apartment was well equipped and felt very safe.

It was a little noisy and bright (unavoidable given its proximity to the station but perhaps some better blinds would help). The check-in instructions put me off a bit (needing to print out 3 pages of instructions is unusual) but once we were in the apartment, it was all fine. Perhaps some bullet points would improve the instructions?

Difficult key access in letterbox. Needs maintenance on kitchen tap and toilet seat. Shower needs deep clean

The location was very good. The view was brilliant

The overall cleanliness. Windows had dirty handprints. One of the plates had old bits of food on it. Obviously the apartment had been cleaned but needed a ‘deep’ clean
