Convenience to the supermarket and cafe's, simplicity of catching the trams into the theatre and the city for shopping and sight seeing. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed.

the apartment was very hot when we arrived as it was 36c outside and one of the bedrooms was like an oven and took hours to cool down. I think the air conditioning could have been put on as we arrived on check-in time and the lounge area was a little cramped especially when it was being used the whole weekend.

The location was great, so close to many attractions and services. Robyn was fantastic and responded to my messages in a timely manner.

The email explanation on how to enter the room wasn’t very clear.

The location for the city is fantastic, and easy to get to directly from the Central Station on Spencer Street. The apartment is so well set up, and had everything we needed as a family of 4. Clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable - made the trip very special, and is a great base to tour the whole city either on foot, by tram!

The only downside is we were not used to the level of traffic noise, even on the 35th floor, from trains and trams across the road, which made sleeping the first few nights a bit challenging. Aside from that, the hosts were attentive and responsive, the access to the apartment was super simple (although the lifts are BUSY!)
