good location all facilities very good, felt secure, office a stones throw if you need help. very clean, always had hot water, good shower. arrivals after 9pm you get sent the code for entry into building, and also to retrieve key from box on wall outside apt door, if doing this method, you have to pay the €400 deposit immediately, otherwise you just collect key from the office just across the road. beach access just a stones throw , down 78 steps . Also had a good supermarket right below the apts. I would say about a 4min walk to the bus stop for the local city loop bus which would take you to portimao town. €1.65 ticket. quite cheap.We stayed in the “love apt, on the 9th floor.

i feel if you are going to be charged (deducted from deposit) for over use of electricity, it should be made more clear, and a smart meter to help know how much you are using. I believe the allowed usage was €60 a month. air con will eat up quickly into that allowance. I will update if my deposit got deducted.

The apartment itself is spacious, tidy and well equipped with everything you may need for a week long stay. And I mean EVERYTHING - they even supplied tiny knives to spread butter on your toasts! I really could not think of anything that I'd be lacking for my comfortable stay. Location is okay. It's close to the beach, but be aware that during high season it is noisy as all the bars are on the first line to the beach, so ... if you got a sea view, you'll hear all the drunken parties at night. There is parking around the apartments block, limited but you should be able to find a spot if you arrive before 7-8 pm. Arriving at night might be tricky as you'd be struggling to find a free spot. Keys collection was generally easy, however guests should be advised that the office closes at 7pm, so you'd have to pay the deposit and full amount for your stay in advance if you are arriving late. That's their general condition of handing the keys out through a lock box.

Location is not ideal if you prefer quiet sleep. Your sea view apartments face all the night clubs and bars, and loud music play until 3-4 am and you can clearly hear everything even despite double glazed windows. Be aware of their check-in policy, as if you arrive after the office closure, you'd need to ask them to arrange keys collection in advance. They will also likely ask for full payment and the deposit before your arrival date.

Location was excellent - close to all the restaurants and to the beach. Shower was nice. The apartment was quite spacious and had a nice balcony:)

Nice remodel done to the apartment with white, black and Grey. Someone thought it should have a little girl's touch and plastered it with pink decore. 😆

1) Received an email after the check out saying they allow up to €60 per month of hydro usage. I went over by €50 during my month stay despite not turning on ac, never turning on tv, always turning lights off and not opening the windows. They said it’s written on their website. They will withhold €400 security deposit if I don’t pay the remaining hydro. This fine print should have been more transparent and €60 per month is obviously inadequate to cover the old building hydro which probably has low energy efficiency rating. 2) told on confirmation email to have €400 cash for security deposit. Looked for atm, was charged 10% service fee for withdrawal. At the office, they said credit card is preferred because cash takes time for them to get. 3) staff didn’t warn me about the leak in the bathroom which was preventable. I dealt with the flooded bathroom until I was able to talk to them 4) Weekly cleaning at time of their choosing is a must which is inconvenient.
