Apartments Edifício Cruzeiro

I liked everything from the first message that I received after the booking; then They contacted me beforehand and I could clear out everything I wanted. They kept in touch till the very second of meeting us at the reception office - just by the apartment building; helped with the belongings, offered coffee while registrating. Then helped to bring all the stuff to the apartment, showed everything. And kept in touch during the stay - asking of the preferred time for cleaning. The apartment turned out to be better than on photos! More of it, we had so many towels - that we would never use all of them between cleanings; there were capsules for washing machine and dishwasher; just before the Christmas Eve they brought us present! The apartment was super clean and the cleaning (once in a week) was 10/10. This is one of the best experiences of stay for my whole life! Probably, I can only compare it to our Maldives experience:) The last but not the least was that the bed was soooo comfortable that I would rather stay there for another days just sleeping :) Thank You so much!!

I loved everything.

Location, cleaneliness , furnitures, the apartments is perfectly good equiped with everything we needed for the stay. We had some doubts at first and they were reallyy fast to solve everything so fast that we were impressed by it.

The parking is on the streets and this time of year is usually easy to park near the building but sometimes we had to park a little bit more far. But we knew that so it was fine anyway.

The apartment was in a great location, near everything. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a great vacation

It could get noisy some nights. Lots of bars and clubs in the area which stayed open late.

The apartment was lovely and in a perfect location near everything. A short walk to the beach. It was perfect for two people.

The kitchen cupboards are too high. I was unable to reach the second shelf. Everything else was great.

The apartment itself was great, nicely decorated, good facilities! The location was perfect near the beautiful beach and restaurants / supermarkets.

To be aware, the building was old outside the apartment itself, and the pool area wasn't comfortable - there were no sun loungers. However, the beach was very close so we just went there.

Clean comfortable with a great location. Strong wifi and all the facilities we needed.

Excellent location & well provided accommodation - close to beach, bars and restaurants. Cheap taxi into Portimao. Probably the best all round apartment we have stayed in. Mid week cleaning & bed change provided. Would certainly recommend.

We had a fully equipped one bedroom apartment recently renovated with all the necessities on the ninth floor with a balcony and sea view. Could not ask for a better location since the beach, bars, restaurants, and grocery store are all within a stones throw. The kitchen drain did back-up and left water on the floor but we spoke to the management company and it was fixed and the apartment completely cleaned by the time we came back from the beach that afternoon. As an aside not related to the quality of the apartment itself, we were asked to send a money transfer as a deposit which turned into a real headache and ended costing us a third again on the price of our stay. And then after our four nights the management company said if we wanted to come back we should contact him directly and he could save us half of our original quoted price. We left feeling slightly swindled.
