Lapinkatu apartments

Good spacious comfortable apartment in a good location within walking distance to city centre ,restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, WiFi wasn't working and bathroom light was flickering and wasn't fixed until the last night of our stay. Poor communication with the host about this until 48 hour's after we first contacted about the issue. The apartment we stayed in wasn't the pictures that were up on the website, and there was no washing machine as had been listed on the list of Facilities

Location was good.

Not clean at all. Pictures did not correspond to what there was there. No table on the living room, the kitchen was very very old and dirty. rooms also not correspond to the pictures. Curtains came apart as soon as we touched them. Blinds didn't come up. Window was broken when we tried to open. Bathroom has NO SPACE at all for showering without getting water all over the washing machine and everything else. Also didn't know that it was 2 floors up. With snow, kids and bags, it was a very bad surprise.

The position is very good. There is a bus near. 15 minutes by feet for the city. Apartment very spacious and clean.

The bathroom old. The electricity spare doesn't work so also the wash machine doesn't work. And you must move the wash machine for reach the electricity. We write messages in WhatsApp and booking for search a solution. They reply only one day after and the ask for more information and after they didn't reply anymore.

Okay located and well heated.

Way way way ….too expensive for what it was! Not as nice as on pictures. Dirty kitchen, food leftovers in microwave. No decorating, no atmosphere, not enough chairs. Tatty and old bathroom…like in a prison?! We have never been more disappointed with a booking than this. Our 12 year old son started crying upon arrival because he couldn’t hold back the tears of disappointment. Please reconsider your pricing. That was not fair!!

The space is really big, I think it may accept for 4 people or more. The furniture is good and the kitchen is well equipped. The towel and the bed sheets are clean. And the hot water is hot enough. The appartement has a nice location, all of the guide we booked can pick us up right here, don’t worry. And the hotel owner is really nice, we call him and asked whether we can check in earlier and he was kind to help us. Highly recommend !
