Lapinkatu apartments

the flat is big, new and clean. The sauna was a plus! all the necessary items were available in the flat. very close to the supermarket and walking distance to the center of Rovaniemi.

I would provide a drying rack and some furniture in the patio. We were there in July and it was quite hot, having a ventilator would help. The flat is within a flat estate so there is not much of a scenery if you are looking for it. The description says 'private parking' but there is none, we did not receive any extra information from the owner and no reply to our requests. We didn't know how the parking worked so we used the parking space where the number was the same as the flat number but it was not ok and some neighbors were aggressive to us because we used their own parking lot. This is really a minus point for this accomodation.

The apartment is big! We felt very comfortable there. There are many bed sheets and towels. There are everything you need in the kitchen, and also a dishwasher!!! The location was very good, with a K-MARKET very close to it, and a good walking distance from the city center and the bus station to get the bus to Santa's Village.

We found some dirty towels.

Property had its own sauna and washing machine and was in a good location

There were not enough cups or glasses. The apartment was very plain and empty.

It was a spacious apartment for 2 people. Clean and had basic amenities needed. Walking distance to the town centre. The key collection was easy.

Some tea/coffee would have been ideal as we arrived very late and didn’t get time to buy on the day of arrival. The host didn’t respond much to the queries we had.

Rovaniemi Town easily accessible on foot. About 15 20 min walk.

Apartment was very plain and was not like the picture that we're presented on booking.com.

The location was good.

The apartment was not what it said in the description. It says that there is a washing machine and a balcony. But there wasn't. The washing machine was an important part of the accommodation for me. Customer service did not take care of the matter even though they promised when I asked about it. I had to contact them several times. Compensated for this (also I had to ask for it myself) was very little compared to the fact that the booking notification contained incorrect information and how badly they took care of it. I think the incorrect information in the description is very wrong. Also the apartment was not cleaned properly, dust and dirty dishes etc. I really can't recommend renting through them.

Apartment was spotlessly clean. Nice quiet block of apartments.

Ad said you could book parking, prior to arrival I sent two emails a text, phoned twice. Once was unanswered, the second call they hung up on me. So I was never able to book parking. So apartment was fine, but customer service abysmal. If you had a problem I reckon you'd be left alone to deal with it.
