I was allowed to stay 2 hrs extra. I was not feeling well in that extreme cold. Thanks to the owner, who was kind enough to allow me to stay.

Rubbish from previous people still behind sofa. Communication wasn’t great.

Porządek w pokoju.

Brak kontaktu z właścicielem hotelu. 5 połączeń, żadnego nie odebrał. Dopiero po około 40 minutach ktoś łaskawie odebrał telefon i przekazał że mam iść do biura. Jakiego biura? Gdzie? I się rozłączył. Ostatecznie po około godzinie dostałem adres gdzie mam się stawić. TEMPERATURA NA ZEWNĄTRZ -30st C. Nie dostałem żadnego maila informacyjnego jak odebrać klucz itp. Na miejscu w "biurze" dali mi klucze do jakiegoś innego apartamentu z wytłumaczeniem że tamten jest zajęty. Zapytałem "czy sauna jest w nowym pokoju?" Odpowiedź "tak oczywiście". 800m na nogach do nowego pokoju przy -30st.C wchodzę do pokoju i co? Nie ma sauny pomimo tego że na zdjęciach jest pokazana. Powrót do biura tłumaczenie i "sorry nasz błąd". Dostaliśmy klucze do pokoju który jest 100 m od biura. Teraz już wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Dodam jeszcze tylko że cały czas miałem przy sobie dzieci 6 i 9 lat w takiej pogodzie. Porażka pod względem organizacyjnym ze strony biura.

Apartamento amplio, cómodo y centrico

La limpieza del apartamento dejaba que desear. No había instrucciones de como funcionaba nada, así que o lo tenias que intuir o no usar como por la calefacción, la sauna.

The location was ok.

The apartment was not clean - there were thick residues of I-don’t-know-what on the bathroom floor, around the toilet and the shower. It was really disgusting. In the sink was short black hair. The shower glass was stained white from scale instead of being see-through. The bottom rim of the shower was elevated for about 8cm and very narrow so it wasn’t suitable for wheelchair users since you couldn’t enter it. In the closet in the entry hall was dust and long black hair and dirt on the bottom. The kitchen was dirty, there were dirty knives in the drawer. From the stove oil was dripping down, the work surface was sticky and oily, as was the stove. The front of the kitchen had multiple stains on both sides. There was only one light above the couch, which was extremely dark. The one over the kitchen table was missing, so when we came home we were basically sitting and eating in the dark, since the sun sets in the middle of the day in winter. Although we contacted the owner about the cleanliness issue there wasn’t really a reaction. I just sent the pictures, the owner said that he/she would contact the cleaners about that problem and that was it. No word of sorry or regret that we came into such a dirthole, no offering a solution that someone would come and fix it, nothing! Thank God we were there only for two nights. We were not able to use the shower or cook for two days, sitting in the dark and we were more than happy when we moved into a new location where it was clean, we could take a shower and feel like humans again.

very very dirty- you pay for cleaning but no cleaning - also the team is not professional- avoid it

Perfect location, very warm apartment with - 25 outside, new building with friendly neighbors, sauna🙂

The entry code was sent very late, after the check in hour, we should have it at least 1 hour before the check in starts, the pillows are a little bit worn out.
