It’s a nice play to stay but won’t ever book again because of poor response from the host. U can ask them something but don’t expect an answer back. They will respond whenever they feel like…in a day or two!

已經過了入住的時間，仍然沒有電郵回復。完全沒有確認郵件。沒有告知我們入住的方法。不提供詳細地址不提供隨入住時的方法，也不提供住哪一間屋，哪個樓層哪個室。我們找司機到住所發現無法進入。司機幫我們打過去一直打不通，唯有在這個漫天風雪負20度的情況下叫我們在那裏待著。後邊預約了活動所以只能重新再打車去聖誕老人村。直到下午六點半左右，實在無法聯絡，這個平臺上的聊天框一直得不到回應，在聖誕老人村的職員協助下，主動打給這個屋主。這個屋主還向聖誕老人村的職員掛線非常沒有禮貌。然後就發了進一個住所的方式以及這個住所的地址。這種態度為什麼還要辦民宿！ Check-in time had passed, and there was still no email reply. There was absolutely no confirmation email. They didn't explain how to check in. They didn't provide a detailed address, instructions on how to check in, or even which room, floor, or room we were staying in. When we arrived at the accommodation with our driver, we couldn't get in. The driver tried calling, but couldn't get through, and in this snowy, -20°C weather, they just told us to stay there. We had booked an activity, so we had to take another taxi to Santa Claus Village. Around 6:30 PM, unable to contact them any further—the chat on the platform was unresponsive—we finally called the host with the help of Santa Claus Village staff. The host then rudely hung up on the Santa Claus Village staff. They then sent us instructions on how to get in and the address of the accommodation. Why run a guesthouse with this kind of attitude?!

一直不願意給地址以及房號以及領取鎖匙辦法。難以想像這是一個民宿！幾經辛苦，靠聖誕老人村的職員幫我們聯繫。進去的時候問對方領取wifi密碼一直得不到回復。這個店家是有意刻意堅持不回復任何的問題。導致我們下午六點多才得到地址。進入去住的時候已經是晚上七八點。然後想找個風筒來吹頭髮。對方也沒有提供。如果天氣那麼冷，你們真的不要過來受難。它會導致你沒有容身的地方。這個是我住那麼多民宿以及去那麼多次旅行來說，不僅是最差而且是最沒有誠信的民宿。 They were unwilling to provide the address, room number, or instructions on how to get the key. It's unbelievable that this is a guesthouse! After much effort, we finally got in thanks to staff at Santa Claus Village. When we went in, we asked for the Wi-Fi password but received no response. This owner was deliberately refusing to answer any questions. We didn't get the address until after 6 PM, and by the time we checked in it was already 7 or 8 PM. We even tried to find a hairdryer, but they didn't provide one. If the weather is that cold, please don't come here to suffer. It will leave you with nowhere to stay. In all my guesthouse stays and travels, this is not only the worst but also the most dishonest guesthouse I've ever experienced.

Great property and perfect location. Would stay again.
