Spacious 500 sqft Studio with Balboa Park View

Great location. Great value. Lovely space

the place was very good

The Location was wonderful-close to a quality restaurant and bar and CVS for convenience and across the street from the park.

The beds weren't to our taste.

small kitchen came really useful. bringing 3 kids, they need their snacks. we brought food to save a bit of money. the kitchen came fully equipped with pots and pans, plates, bowls , set of knives ,… almost everything.

There was no AirFryer. I definitely recommend having one in the kitchenette

The Location and Service at this Apartment were very good. Parking lot was easy available. Good equipped kitchen.

As the weather outside was quite cold, the apartment was also. The available portable heater wasn’t heating the room enough.

clean and cozy, location is so nice. has a bus stop at walking distance

heater was quite small. it took some time to make the room warm.

I really enjoyed the room itself. Furniture was nice, the space was very roomy and felt pretty big despite it being a studio. Having other appliances also made it feel more like home.

I did not enjoy the noisy neighbors. They tended to be very loud, slamming doors, gates, and making a ruckus late at night. Thankfully this was the only downside
