Spacious 500 sqft Studio with Balboa Park View

Great location and access to all destinations we planned on going to (Balboa Park, Little Italy, Coronado, the Beaches and close to freeways). Conveniently located near the airport. Very accommodating for our party of 4 adults and two little kids. Despite there being a few questionable characters in the vicinity because it is in the heart of SD’s downtown area, the property seemed well maintained and secure. Nice welcoming burger dive bar around the corner; the place looks sketch but their food was amazing!

Sofa bed mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but you can’t expect a whole lot out of sofa beds to begin with. Some of the kitchen amenities lacked some supplies like a spatula. There was a display of spices but appeared there was nothing actually in them (not that we would totally use them). Could use some spare extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels on hand, especially for multiple day stay.

It was perfect location for my family and me. Bathroom and kitchen staff was clean. Bedding was good to.
