Spacious 500 sqft Studio with Balboa Park View

Everything!!!! This was the most amazing stay we have ever had over all of our years of traveling. The space was large and was so clean when we arrived. The bed and pillows were amazing!!!! The park was a convenient walk across the street, and lots of amenities, like food and drugstore, were within easy walking distance. There was laundry access across the hall for a reasonable fee. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, and they responded fast to any questions that we had. The private gated entrance was a huge plus. Everything about the space was a huge enjoyment. Will definitely try and be back!

Street parking could be hard to find. That was literally my only complaint about the property.

The location was really good for the park and downtown. Walkable neighborhood and the paid parking was good.

It's right on the San Diego iego flight path, so be prepared for jets passing by overhead from 6 am to after midnight. Street parking is a little hard to get sometimes if you don't pay for the apartment parking.
