Spacious 500 sqft Studio with Balboa Park View

The location was convenient.

Overall, it was a great place, but the walls are thin. You can hear a lot if neighbors are active.

Convenient location next to the entrance of Balboa park. Nice bed, big room.

They have a system with automatic key lockers that you unlock with codes provided by the check in information. I didn't understand the instructions at first. I might had been tired from the travel etc, so I called to ask for help. They were rude and they were only repeating to read the instructions with un ugly tone. I was there at my check-in time, when the office hours were open, but they didn't even care to come out and politely help me. That was the only interaction with the staff, I have never seen them. The door had signs from previous damage around the lock, I assumed that someone tried to break in in the past, which was scary. I was waking up from the airplanes and noisy neighbors.

Close to Balboa Park and the airport . I would recommend the paid parking for 20 a day .

Planes flying over every 20 minutes up to 10 pm . Sirens all the time. Homeless people across the street and felt we needed to purchase secure parking . We are not city people any more .

Very well located opposite Balboa Park, the flat is quite big and the bed very comfortable. It was well equipped and clean, and felt safe. The owner was also very responsive to my messages.

The flat can be loud because in the path of the flights to and from San Diego, which are regular (San Diego airport is in the middle of the city so it would be the case for a lot of places in the city center). There didn't seem to be flights at night and the flat provides earplugs so it was not really an issue for me.

This studio was super spacious and perfect for the two of us. Location can’t be beat, we were in town for a conference and were ten minutes from anywhere we needed to be. I loved the private entrance and being right next to Balboa Park. We had no issues finding street parking each night. I’d stay here again for sure!

Upstairs neighbors were playing really loud music one night but it’s not a huge deal. You’re also in the flight path but we didn’t mind the sound.

Apartment under flightpath but earplugs provided and no flights between 2300 and 0600. Didn't bother us!

The place was very clean and very confortable. All the things you need to enjoy your stay in San Diego.
