Spacious 500 sqft Studio with Balboa Park View

Staff was accommodating and very friendly to deal with :)

Location was amazing very comfortable stay.

Very clean and cozy. Close to the bus stop and Balboa park. Approximately 40 min walk from San Diego Zoo to this place. I really got some relaxation here

The main gate needs to be repaired. Airplanes frequently pass over but aren’t that annoying. Earplugs provided

It was clean

my room was clean but the eve of my birthday dinner I was sitting on the sofa.Waiting to get dressed and a rat ran across my foot and it scared me so bad I contacted the manager and he said he never had that problem.So he moved me up to another apartment and I had to climb 3 flights of stairs no elevator..Once I got settled in the other apartment I pulled back the shower curtain to take another shower and there was a spider I didn’t mention it to the manager I just took a picture.I checked out a day early and the manager told me he would cash app me 101.00 but never received it and he asked me to not give him a bad review the rat ran to fast pass me for a picture.And I was so emotional and scared
