Cali King Size One Bedroom Luxurious Suite in DTSD

The room was spacious and easy to access. It was also convenient to have a CVS across the street as well as The Balboa burger place next door.

We arrived by car late in the evening, it was already dark and this was an unfamiliar place for us. We called the phone number on the booking and got a quick and clear answer. Settled very quickly, excellent secure parking with a combination lock. The room is clean and comfortable. The only thing is that planes are landing over this house - very low and making noise. Plastic windows of good quality and allow you to remove this drawback. The corridors are clean and quiet. For us it was a good location and rest. We will recommend this place to our friends. Thanks to the staff for the quality service!

bed was a little more hard than I anticipated and I was under the impression that the room I booked came with access to the rooftop also tried to get parking on property but they stopped responding so I just gave up on getting it

This is luxury. There's everything you need in this apartment. We had app 7D and there was even a roof top terrace! I strongly recommend you to park your vehicle in a garage. Only because it saves time and is super easy to use but is also highly secured. We met the guys from the office which is in the same building and they were helpful and polite.

This was more than we expected so no cons this time.

The location was great and within walking distance to most amenities. The apartment was so clean and I enjoyed my stay.

Was given an appartment on the third floor; had heavy luggage and had to pull it for three flights of stairs.

No food to be purchased in the vicinity, so kitchenette is a waste. If you are not familiar with tech locks and door knobs or if you can't climb lots of stairs this is not the place for you. There are homeless tents in the neighborhood, which I guess is standard fare in California cities now. Felt very safe during the day but not so much at night. I did not find any staffing of the office and was stranded outside when the code did not work multiple times.

Beautiful apartment, appears recently renovated. Very clean, comfortable bed. Very easy to work with owners.

This apartment we stayed in is 4 flights up. It is not a problem if you have small suitcases.

very nice & comfortable right in front of balboa park & cvs across the street for quick necessities planes fly over all day not as loud as I thought being in the top floor definitely was able to sleep parking wasn’t difficult to find right outside private rooftop deck was also nice , got a good view of the park & dtsg good sunset view

had to carry everything up & down from 4th floor , an elevator would make this perfect
