very clean new close to a lot of attractions secured easy parking

no Elevator on 4th floor. because there is no cleaning during the 4 days a broom in the room will help. Some homeless people around Paid parking, but a lot of free parking in the street

my friends and i stayed here during twitchcon 2022 and loved our stay. the view was amazing view from our room as well as access to a rooftop with a translucent hut for us to hang out in when it rained and there was even a grill out there we could have cooked on (but forgot about it lol). everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were very kind and helpful in getting us to our room. it was about a 20-25 minute (depending on how fast you walk) from little Italy and a very short (probably 15 min) drive from the airport. the only thing i didn’t realize was that in order to have that beautiful rooftop view, we had to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs every day to get to and from our room due to the fact that there were no elevators but that was probably just a lack of proper research on my part. i would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. 🤍

it was on a high floor but no elevator. the “private” balcony has some cool views, airplanes are flying over every 3 minutes.

the area is very very sketchy and dirty, many weird people on the street. so many cockroaches on the rooftop and the street. there is camera on the rooftop which ruins your privacy. the couch in our room was the most uncomfortable couch. we barely slept.
