The flat os well equipped and with generous areas. Lots of items for the day-to-day life which is really handy. The swimming pool os also in good state and with a nice garden surroundings. A plus was the parking in front of the property. Also a plus the tv in the masterbedroom. The rear balcony doesn’t have a dining table but you are awarded with a awesome and confortable sofa and coffee table. Nice stay all around, but should consider to add ceiling insulation to provide full privacy.

The management team had a poorly performance. We had to pick up the keys of the flat in the office in Quarteira centre. We had some awful nights with the above flat doing parties from 3 am until 5 am and when reported to the management team, the reply was contact the police, here is the number. Well was not expecting this type of answer, specially when you have restricted rules in the flat and noise hours is one of those. Asked the invoice more than 4x.

A localização, as comodidades (exactamente como descrito no site), a limpeza e as condições exteriores (piscina e jardins). Também teve um serviço de troca de toalhas a meio da estadia muito oportuno.

Apenas existiu uma avaria no elevador que foi resolvida.

As fotografias do exterior do alojamento, nomeadamente as varandas, não estão de acordo com as imagens. Estávamos a contar com uma mesa na varanda que desse para fazer algumas refeições conforme vemos na imagem mas só tínhamos sofás e uma mesa baixa.

Ubicación en un lugar tranquilo, en torno a un campo de golf. Apartamento muy amplio y limpio, con todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia.

El único inconveniente fue que el ascensor estaba averiado la mayor parte del tiempo y tuvimos que subir el equipaje por la escalera tanto a la llegada como a la salida.

Comfortable and well located but you do need a car to get around.

Pity about the continued building work going on and the dust that this creates.
