There’s was very little to like. There was constant building work happening to the swimming pool and other areas of the property. There was a scaffold left directly outside my balcony and I believe this was used by someone to access my apartment as my passport and speaker system both went missing from the apartment. When I contacted staff they were very unsympathetic regarding this and offered little to no help and even accused me of lying. I have had to go all the way to Lisbon to get emergency travel documents just to fly home. The constant building work left me unable to enjoy any time at the property so I was forced to leave just to get some peace and quiet. I have attached a picture of the scaffold for reference… hardly the view you want to be looking at while you’re trying to have a relaxing holiday!

The apartment is very spacious, lots of light, very clean and tidy. We had a great time. I will recommend it to my friends. Thank you.

Unfortunately, during our stay, the pool was not working. It was written about it on the website, but I didn't read it carefully, so at first the kids were upset, but a trip to the aqua show fixed everything.

Scandalous service! We rented several times before this last rental. We have always made our apartments clean and without any problems, photos and invoices to back it up. This last rental was catastrophic. At first we were debited for our "guarantee", instead of blocking it on our account. Then we arrived in a six-person apartment, where the two-person sofa bed did not have adequate sheets and no duvet or blanket. We had to share the bed of our children and though we reported the problem immediately, we had to wait three days to receive the duvet for the sofa bed, (and not a very large one either, barely 140 cm for two...) Three truly uncomfortable nights. In the meantime we contacted them several times, sent emails to customer service, who told us that no compensation was due as there was heating in the apartment (!!!!!!) This is downright cynical and unprecedented. We have their email as written proof... Then five days after handing over the apartment, they send us an email charging 215€ extra for cleaning! They claim that there was "blood and urine" on the sheets and the sofa - there may have been a little blood on a sheet as one of our kids had cut their foot bur certainly no urine, and nothing on the sofa for sure, no wonder they had no photos to prove these last two claims. Slanderous and dishonest lies from the cleaning service who may have been vexed for having had to deliver the duvet (had they made up the bed from the start, this certainly would't have happened.) We took photos of the apartment at the departure, and the photos show no soiling. We should be fully reimbursed for our stay for such poor service. But instead, Bed and sun tries to swindle another 215€ off of us... or of the "guarantee" that they have already taken from my account even before the end of the stay. We are impatiently waiting for justice and compensation for this kind of scam practice.

The apartment was great, we had a very comfortable stay, there was 3 nights where the neighbour downstairs was playing very loud music until about 3:00am, my husband had to go and knock the door and speak to him, other then that the place was peaceful, myself and my children loved the pool, although it would be nice if the temperature was a little warmer, because it is very cold at times. We've had a wonderful holiday staying in the apartment, it was really good value for money, there are a few things that need a touch up, like silicone round the bathroom, but nothing that should bother you deeply while on holiday, the balcony's are perfect, the beds are lovely and comfortable and a good size too, the sofa bed isn't great for a big person because its not the strongest but my 9yr slept well on it, the air con is great, the whole place as a whole is very homely, the decor is warm and cosy, we would definitely stay again.

The apartment is very spacious & well equipped. The pool is a nice size & very quite.

The property itself is perfect however if staying here you definitely need a car. The outside table & chairs could be updated. The pool attendant is very annoying he complains if the sun lounger is moved in any way. The lock on entry to/ from pool are very temperamental. The fact that the rental company don’t refund you for 30 days after your stay is very annoying. If arriving out of office hours you have to travel to the main office in town to pick up keys it’s a bit of a pain if I’m honest.
