La gentillesse et la bienveillance de l'hôte, la tranquillité et le couchage ainsi que le parking sur place. Tout propre et fonctionnel. Je recommande ce logement.

"Déçus par Appartement 6/7 pers avec terrasse inconfortable et inadapté"

Propreté de l appartement et du linge mis à disposition

Appartement exigu de 40 m2 environ dont 3 chambres ( pour 6/7 personnes ? ) . Pièce principale (salon cuisine séjour ) tres petite et encombrée par une armoire et un canapé . Pas de table pour les repas mais des consoles étroites alignées le long du mur , donc convives assis côte à côte en ligne devant le mur pour les repas !!! pas de liaison directe entre cuisine et terrasse, accès en traversant les chambres . Table ronde et sièges sur la terrasse mais inutilisables la plupart du temps car pas d auvent pour les protéger des averses intermittentes nuit et jour . Salle de bain et WC sans ouvertures sur l extérieur avec éclairage géré par un détecteur de mouvement obsolète , obligation de sortir de la douche plusieurs fois dans le noir pour activer le détecteur avec les bras . Idem lors de l utilisation des WC . Cela est extrêmement pénible ! Par ailleurs , sommiers métalliques des lits qui grincent et pas de rangement et d étagère dans 2 chambres sur 3 , petite penderie uniquement cf taille de l appartement ! Pour un tarif de 160 euros par jour pour 4 personnes , nous nous attendions à quelque chose de nettement plus confortable et agréable

La casa está bonita, cómoda, aunque tiene muebles un poco antiguos. Tiene parking y es de fácil acceso. Se encuentra a pocos km del centro de Santander pero está cerca de mercadona, carrefour etc. En general nos ha gustado.

No nos gustó que la lavadora era comunitaria y iba con monedas de 1 euro. A modo de sugerencia, podría haber un poco más de menaje de cocina.

La comodidad de estar en Panta baja, con ese gran patio, mesa y sillas, cómo muestra en la fotos. Y estacionamiento ahí mismo, al lado de la casa!
