Fantastic property, everything was clean and the lady who takes care of it is very kind. For value for money and group trips it cannot be beaten

The ambience is good and peaceful.

There is no aircon or electric fan at summer because it’s a little bit hot and there is a mosquito.

The property location was convenient. Within a 15-minute walk, there are a few beaches. Additionally, the bus stop is only 5 minutes away from the property. You can catch Bus numbers 7, 8, 9, and 17 from the city to reach the apartment. Moreover, Bus number 2 departs from Corban, which is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, and goes near Cabo Mayor lighthouse. Nearby, a pharmacy just a 5-minute walk away. The bus stop is situated right by the pharmacy. Within a 15-minute walk from the apartment is the supershop "Lupa.". It's a nice, picturesque, quiet area. You can actually spend a day exploring all the nice beaches in that area. The apartment is spacious, with comfortable beds, central heating, and hot water available throughout the day. The kitchen is well-fitted with everything we needed. There are washing machines in the hallway. The owner of the property greeted us with a warm smile, showed us around the property, demonstrated how to work all the appliances, and gave us instructions on how to navigate the city. She also pointed out the nearest bus stop and advised us on which buses to take. Buses to the city center and beyond run every 15 minutes.

Our short stay. 2 days didn't seem enough.

We liked the location, on outskirts of Santander so nice quiet and rustic (we had a car so travelling around to and from town was not a issue , but may be a bit more tricky without one although my understanding there was a bus too , not sure about timetable)

Nice apartment within easy access to food/bars and bus into town

Kept awake one night when the police were called for a problem with one of the other families at the apartments. Not the hosts fault though.

the host was nice and friendly the apartment is spacious

there was no tea or coffee but it’s not a big deal
