Helpful hosts. Clean, modern and mostly comfortable. The full kitchen was a key criteria for this booking; as we had been staying in hotels for much of the previous week. Lots of pleasing breakfast items supplied by the host; so best to not attempt to even partially self cater for breakfast; until after you arrive. There is then a small shop in the village if you do need more items. The lat + long for this stay is: 53.06186 and -6.22640. Much easier to thus find as no street number seems to exist and using Eircode is not always simple for foreigners.

A very tight space for two adults with two large suitcases. The too large, leather settee just takes up too much useful space for a short term stay. We had no hot water at 17:00 on the 2nd night of our stay (a Friday). It was a sunny day too. It was resolved after flagging the issue and then waiting approx 90 minutes.

Very cosy and everything needed.to self cater. Plenty of hot water, lovely fresh breakfast and within a couple of minutes walk to pubs/restaurants

Slightly tricky to find - saying it is opposite the playground would have made it easier.
