Clean apartment, large terrace

Poor, or rather zero communication. No response to messages. No accommodation instructions. Upon arrival, we found the kitchen faucet broken, and no one came to fix it for a week, even though we left messages.

"In generale un bell'alloggio e una bella esperienza"

Ottima posizione, alloggio molto carino e spazioso. Presenza lavatrice e wi-fi. Appartamento ben strutturato. Tempestività da parte del gestore nella risoluzione di piccoli problemi riscontrati all'arrivo.

Doghe del letto matrimoniale non fissate e appoggiate su dei blocchi di legno. Il letto matrimoniale sarebbe da sostituire. Dotazione per le pulizie piuttosto scarna (nessuna attrezzatura per lavare i pavimenti, nessuna aspirapolvere)

"Appartamento moderno a Pragelato"

Posizione ottima e appartamento bello, spazioso e di recente ristrutturazione

Le istruzioni per il check-in non erano chiare. Abbiamo dovuto ritirare le chiavi presso il villaggio turistico Gofree. Wifi non funzionante, peccato perché alcuni di noi non avevano SIM italiana. Aggiungerei qualche amenities, la quantità di capsule caffè era insufficiente per tutti.
