Apartments Nives NB

Croatia is really nice, nice and clean sea, that was excellent.

Overall the pictures don't reflect the reality, the apartment wasn't that cozy and clean. There were so many things we did not like: - TV did not work and wasn't fixed during our whole stay - Wifi did not work and we got access only after complaining to booking.com - AC only in one room positioned so well (above the kids sleeping couch) it could never cool down the apartment, so the sleeping the bedroom was a nightmare, very hot (around 24 degree Celsius) having opened windows without mosquito nets, so not that comfy with all the coming mosquitoes during night. - owner's dog barking most of the night, but usually from 21:30 to midnight and than again around 4-5 am right under our windows - owner's son making noises during the night (you don't wanna know the details), until he left a few days before our departure - water did not drain well in the shower box, so you always ended up standing in pool of dirty water after showering - the fuses went off like 2-3 times a day, so we learned how to start them as the owner wasn't always around, sometimes for days - don't trust the photos, the summer kitchen is a dirty mess, nothing usable really. - I have photos of the place, I have recordings of the dog's barking, provided this to booking.com and asked for refund which was refused. Be really careful of where you put your money for your vacation, ours was a disaster from this perspective. Be careful with trusting what's written in the references. This place had a really nice references, but reality was totally different. I would never go to this place again. Hope this helps to others to choose carefully, though I pity the situation of the owner - Mrs. Nives with her son's behaviour, situation with the dogs etc.

Posizione vicino alla campagna e non troppo distante dal mare, climatizzatore vecchio ma ben funzionante , comodissimo posto auto

Appartamento e soprattutto stoviglie sporche, odore sgradevole proviene dal bagno, televisione non funzionante, Wi-Fi che funziona malissimo, assenza di zanzariere decisamente necessarie, giardino disordinato e sporco, prezzo decisamente superiore alla qualità offerta

La vicinanza a Umago.

Struttura fatiscente, 45 euro a testa per due linguine al granchio e un po' di insalata senza indicarci quanto avremmo speso ma per poi trovare la sorpresa il giorno della partenza. Doveva esserci un divano letto oltre al letto matrimoniale ma aveva il materasso distrutto inutilizzabile. Il figlio della Nives alle 10 del mattino ti "accoglie" sudato e in mutande.
