Apartments Nives NB

Location is good, it's a little cooler since it is uphill. I give 2 points because the people tried to be friendly. Altough the situation was awkward, to say the least. You can survive in this place and got a roof over your head, the couch is comfortable, that's as good as it gets

the stay at this site was so weird and unexpected that I write lengthier about the negatives the first thing when we arrived was that we were told we were too early, the cleaning of the room was not done yet - but we arrived 5 minutes after the agreed time. apparently the woman cleaning the room was wiping it wet, but not drying, we were told to wait outside, but apparently they also were washing laundry inside of our appartment, so they walked through to get the laundry, leading the confused cleaning woman to wipe the floor again, making all more wet than before. the cleaning bucket was filled with brownish water, if you're interested meanwhile we had 2 electricity outages, because, according to the landlord, the washing mashine and air conditioning won't be handled by the system while waiting outside, we met the hugest dog I've ever seen, but he was nice. he was crawling out from under the table, sniffed at my hand, and went back to sleep. he looked somewhat like fluffy from the harry potter movie. what else can you expect? well, people walking and talking in front of your appartment all the time, the whole family hanging out in the frontyard, until around 1am or so, before the guests leave loudly, but at least you have the landlord in the frontyard until around 4am, should there be any further power outages then at 4am music and the smell of smokes start seeping through your window, the music then runs until 7am unattended, where no one is outside, then the whole family gathers again for a hearty breakfast in the garden, turning up the music quite a bit and shouting around. it feels like a festival at this point I can't write more detailed about the smell from the sewer, the dirty kitchenware, sticky handles, people looking through your window, the dog trying to prevent us enter the appartement with menacing growling and other not so pleasant things, since the word count here is limited. it was adventerous to say the least

es war rund um App. 1 viel "Verkehr" von Kindern und Erwachsenen privat ..... also abends etwas laut und turbulent (wenn man Ruhe sucht abends im App. )
