it was very bad experience , i never gad such a bad experience with booking.com as its very complicated , you have to reach the property then there is no one to attend you or reply you, only very very rude security guards are there who doesn't know anything about property or keys , owner / management never contact me before arrival then in heat i have to talk mny people then one of tenats give me a number & said contact this number , then i contacted that whatsup number , after two hours he replied & shared with me half information then again i had contacted him & he took almost 1.30 hrs to reply , it was very very painful with my family , we feel helpless , to get the keys it tooks almost 3 hours , we suffer a lot physically ( as we were standing in heat even they dont gave area to sit) & mentally ,

Single bed is not good. And no live tv, only netflix or youtube.

Very near to Shah Alam aquatic center and it’s a stone away from Aeon. Prompt reply from the staff. Check in and out was smooth and easy.

However, the cleanliness of the toilets could be improved. And the bedsheets can be changed after one stay. There are no garbage bags provided too. The shampoo and body shampoo provided are rusty.

The unit is very near Shah Alam Aquatic centre(5mins drive) and a stone away from Aeon. The floors are clean. Staff provided toilet rolls one day after I told them we didn’t see any in the unit.
