There are shops nearby - a convenient store, a Malay restaurant etc. In fact, the mall is just opposite the building. The unit is equipped with every basic necessity, including a water dispenser. As for the TV, we had to log in to our own accounts. The unit has a balcony. The view is good and we can access the park and pool easily from the balcony.

I booked about two hours before my arrival so had some hiccups checking in. The owner was unreachable, the security was rather tight and the unit was dusty. However, every issue was resolved well. The owner did respond and he arranged the unit to be cleaned the very next day as requested. Just hope the owner can fix the heater in the master bedroom's toilet as it is rather noisy.

If you are coming for a concert, this is the perfect accommodation. After the concert at night, you can take a leisurely walk back. The apartment is also very spacious and have a nice pool at L8.

I wasn't aware of the deposit (RM200) earlier and need to transfer the money first before gaining access to the apartment. Some foreigners might have difficulty with this. The refund of the deposit is also not immediate; it took a few hours (in my case, 7 hours) to receive my refund.
