Free parking available with the property - for me this is manditory. Location to the shops - I like it close so that it is easy to walk down and pick up something. Good size apartment which is simple yet still modern.

I could hear the person above walking around in the early hours of the morning. Getting into the parking area in the dark was a little tricky and took me quite some time - then to find that someone had taken my allocated parking area.

Booked at 2pm turned up at 6pm no notice of needing to make a deposit prior to turning up. On top of that waiting outside the property for an additional 2 hours listening to hold music because no one wants to answer the phone in order to assist with getting into the property I’ve paid for.. upon leaving I have been charged for a couch which I didn’t even use let alone conduct my own itinerary to see what worked and what didn’t unknowingly to be charged for a couch which was already broke as I haven’t used the bloody thing.. absolute night mare will not use again ever

The room was not available at 15:00 as promised and they key box was not working. There were many guests queued up outside who could not get their keys. We had to leave at 15:35 and come back later. When we arrived back at 17:30 there were issues with the room.

Despite booking a triple room there was only one bed in the apartment. I contacted the host the then provided a broken fold down chair (Not a sofa bed with a mattreess). Since it was broken they laid it on the floor. It was extremely uncomfortable. I contacted them the next to complain and they said it was the best they could do. I then explained I would be checking out. They are now refusing to refund the unused nights of my stay.
