the block itself, some of the other residents weren’t to friendly and the strong smell

Long delay checking in process waiting outside the property for over half an hour then paying another £100deposit now being told could take up to 4 to 5 days to get it back lack of communication one small electric heater in the whole property wasn’t even on property was freezing the whole way again. One small heater wasn’t even working. it was more cold inside the building than outside Property wasn’t even soundproof. uncomfortable mattress small sofa with wheels on when you sit on it it moves all over no pillows for the sofa really uncomfortable shower hot but no water pressure very very slow nobody at the property to help they all based far away. Lady on the phone was polite and helpful. She sent another heater out but it took three hours to get to us. they offered us late checkout but then cleaners start knocking the door 11 o’clock. Lack of communication again so we checked out 11:10 they offered us if we come back to stay with them again they will give us special discount thank you but we won’t be coming back here again very bad experience.sorry

It was very dirty and needed updating. The apartment is in a building that students stay in, had I have known that I would not have booked. The floor was very sticky, it generally wasn't clean, the bedding had a hole in, the sofa had a hole in. It was just not nice at all
