Fantastic area. Especially close to EastVille shops and walking distance to Picnic Point. Clean and tidy, spacious. Staff very helpful and friendly messaging through Booking.com APP.

Tight Parking for larger vehicles. Only one car space essentially for two units. So had to park on street. Ample street parking space. Couple of minor maintenance requirements for water ingress from door and sink.

The beds were comfortable, aircon in each room, washer and dryer available.

The parking was difficult for any larger cars. Would’ve like extra coffee - stayed for 2 nights but only 4 coffee sachets available when 3 people staying. Delay in contact with owners.

I had a great experience staying at this unit! It was exactly as expected and very comfortable. The location was good, with easy access to spots we need to go on the east side of Toowoomba. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay in the area.

The only area that could be improved is the parking space. It was a bit tight for larger vehicles like our Volvo XC90 and Subaru Outback. With both cars parked at the back, one vehicle had to be moved to allow the other to exit. Expanding the parking area slightly would make it much easier for guests with bigger cars. Aside from that, everything else was great!
