"This is a good value, well located apartment for a short stay in Toowoomba."

The location - near the top of the Range but in a quiet street, was good. The apartment was as described. The self check in and key box works well.

There is a strong lingering cooking smell in the lounge/living which I think could be solved with airing out and deep clean of the soft furnishings/carpet. The bedroom with 1 bed had a really soft mattress which won't suit some people.

The unit was very comfortable. The beds were great, and it was so quiet there. Very convenient next to the night owl, too.

The off road parking was a very small space.

The property was very quiet, and located in walking distance from Picnic Point lookout and a shopping centre. Parking was tight, but adequate for an average sized car. Kitchen and laundry were well equipped and the Wifi reception was excellent.
