Peaceful location

Lovely setting, great accommodation and very friendly host

Location and environment. Flat was a home away from home and absolutely comfortable.

It was tastefully furnished and equipped in every respect; hand the grounds and especially the trees are amazing, and it's in a very handy location, close to the river and a bridge to cross over. The host was most helpful in his local recommendations.

Lovely flat with plenty of space.

Slightly dated appearance but still clean. Bathroom only had a net curtain so felt uncomfortable with the light on if showering at night. Toilet wasn’t working properly which when we reported it didn’t seem to come as any surprise. Was annoying though as in constant flush. Flat very much under large trees so had a lot of noisy debris falling on the roof or scraping against windows which was a bit disturbing

It was a very comfortable and peaceful stay, a little bit out of town but great if you have your own transport. Graham the host was very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of interesting information and history provided. The big Australian Kauri tree is spectacular.

Excellent location though little away from the city. But perfect for someone looking to enjoy the peace and quiet. Also ideal for a group to unwind and relax.

Ideally situated on the river and close to town.

The property would benefit from A/C. The shower temp was difficult to control at times.

A beautiful home on the outskirts of town. Excellent host. Comfortable accommodation in a lovely setting.
