Dass das WLAN oft einfach nicht funktioniert hat.

On arrival we had to guess which apartment is ours since we never received the full address. Flat is small and old: needs a good refurbishment (except for the bathroom). Very week Wi Fi. Host send us a change in the parking address 2 days before our arrival. Apart from being difficult to find the place our SUV did not fit since the parking space was very low. When we tried to contact the host she\he never replied or answered the calls/ messages leaving us to try and resolve the situation in a place we do not know.

It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to public transport

The location, the size, the facilities nearby (small supermarket, bakery, restaurants) and the good transport link (tram number 4 to City Centre and onwards to the railway station). Also, reserved car parking space nearby, and its ground floor location (though two other similar apartments are on upper floors and there is no lift). The apartments are in an old (1911) building which survived WW2 and has been fully modernised, so they have character and interest as well as convenience, and are ideal for a couple or a small family.

A couple of facilities needed repair or attention, e.g. dishwasher outflow filter blocked, fridge icebox door broken). We pointed these out to the housekeeper on our departure and she the fridge was due for replacement. But these were minor problems and didn’t warrant complaint while we were there. My wife and I had a comfortable four night stay and were able to entertain our friends.

We were irritated from so many things. First, we wanted to cancel the reservation in the beginning but the booking.com told us they can permit but the host's permission is needed so he did not cancel (but he claim the opposite). Second, we informed the host about possibility of late check in and out when reserving first but he complains about it many times. If you expect understanding than do not prefer here. Also we asked a question about if there is something to eat in the house but the answer was "what you expect this is not hotel". Also the house is dusty and not clean. His attitude is not welcoming. We don't recommend by any means.
