Big Studio with Ocean View max 6 sleepers

The place is clean and better than what we expected. It was spacious and was very near to San Diego spots we wanted to go to.

Very cute, clean, orderly.

Did realize it was so close to the airport. Didn’t sleep well due to the incoming flights throughout the night. No remotes for TV’s. Had to download one. I was thinking that might be procedure due to risk of guests taking them.

Communication avec l'hôte aisée. Réponses claires et rapides Pas de clés mais des codes aux portes donc très pratique. Chambre avec deux grands lits, spacieuse . Literie confortable. Cuisine bien équipée. Salle de douche ok. Emplacement pour visiter la ville plutôt pratique même si la ville est grande et qu'une voiture est obligatoire. Quelques commerces accessibles à pied. La vue sur la baie depuis la fenêtre de la cuisine est magnifique LE parc à visiter absolument est accessible à pied !

LA grande mauvaise surprise a été la proximité de l'aéroport. Même si cela est signalé dans les avis laissés, le bruit est terrible. Les avions passent terriblement bas. La maison tremble de partout, et cela jusqu'à 23h30. Et cela reprend à 6h/6h30 le matin. Impossible de profiter de la terrasse. Et l'endormissement est compliqué. Par ailleurs, un éclairage de la terrasse reste constamment allumé créant un.point lumineux terrible dans la chambre (pas de volets puisque nous sommes aux US) Pas de torchons. Pas de produit lave-vaisselle. Dommage puisque l'appartement en est équipé Pas mal de petites dégradations dans l'appartement: murs abîmés, joints fenêtres à revoir.

La limpieza del apartamento, las camas grandes y la amplitud. Totalmente equipado y con muchos detalles. La localización es buena y el barrio está bien. Tiene muy buenas vistas y mucha luz.

Está al lado del aeropuerto y el ruido de los aviones pasando justo por encima las 24 horas es horrible. Un poco complicado subir las maletas por las escaleras hasta el apartamento.

Super close to Little Italy about a 10 min walk and the view is amazing. 1-2 miles from Gaslamp Quarters which makes it easy to walk or uber. Tv works with all the apps you can think of downloaded and the WiFi works great! Towels, plates, soap, trash bags, hand soap and pretty much everything was provided and available at the place. Really loved that because I did forget a few stuff but was available there. The cool random thing was they had toothbrushes for you. The surrounding area is nice and quiet and street parking is free.

Not a complaint, but the property is in the flight path of the airport. So just to let others know. I didn’t hear many flights from 12am - 5am, but picked up around 6am. It is fairly noticeable inside, but was no bother to us. This is just to let others know.

The location is perfect. The beds were comfortable and it was a perfect place to come "home" to after going out. Super easy walk to Balboa Park and the museums. I also felt very safe walking the neighborhood after dark.

The parking isn't the best, but I was never more than a block away before finding a place to park. The property is in the landing flightpath for the airport, so there are quite a few planes landing throughout the day, but I realized that most of San Diego is in that same flight path. There were ear plugs in the night stand if I needed them which was wonderfully thoughtful.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. As soon as I walked in the beds were untapped the trash was not taken out, and the kitchen was a mess. If it were not for the cleaning lady, that was just walking up, the property manager would never have found out that this property was not cleaned before I arrived. Furthermore, the location of the property was directly under the incoming pathway of arriving airplanes. Thus, every 45 minutes an extremely loud airplane will fly overhead. This noise was not mentioned within the property description at all. As I did this trip for work purpose. I was disappointed because I was not able to fully rest each night. Additionally, the shower curtain repeatedly fell down. It was not fully or securely placed.

The rental was overall very nice. The apartment itself is pleasant and well located, but it’s better suited for short stays. It was missing a few essentials for a longer stay—like basic kitchen tools, paper towels, and cleaning supplies (for example, there was no broom). Communication with the host was fine, but not exceptional. Responses were a bit limited when I had several questions. Also, the sound of planes flying overhead can be quite impressive and even entertaining—but if you’re sensitive to noise, this might not be the best fit for you.
