This time, the only thing I can praise is the kindness of Charlie's staff and the property location. That's why I gave it a 3. It was not my first time there but the room was not at Charlie Faria Lima's standards, far from it.

I was there just for 1 night because I had to leave town the day after, that's why I went there because I was familiar with the place and their rooms. The room was weirdly not at the property's standards. It was definitely NOT a good experience. The air conditioning was not working, none of them. You could turn them on but they were not cooling the room. They got also 2 TV's, one was not even turning on, the other you could turn it on, but only to watch the tv box programming, but they did not provide the tv box controller, you could only watch a loop of movie 3 trailers. The overall cleanliness was also below par. There were lots of stains on the linens, hair in the towels and sink (they could never say that they were mine cause I'm bald) and the curtains were not placed properly. It seemed like a room that the property forgot that existed. If it was my first experience there I would never come back. But it is a great place, except for this particular room.

It was a great experience! Nice and clean rooms. The property is really close to everything you need! Bars, restaurants and metro station. Good place to stay for business trips or vacation. The staff is really kind and helpful. I would stay here again, definitely.
